Your Answers, Your Way
Choose the Adult ADHD Evaluation that best fits your needs. Not sure which to choose? If you need a diagnosis, start with the Diagnostic. If you need documentation for accommodations, choose Comprehensive.
Diagnostic ADHD Evaluation
In-Person or Remote | $800
Best for adults seeking a diagnosis — whether you're exploring if ADHD explains your experience, or you're ready to discuss medication management with a prescriber. This evaluation gives you a clear, credible diagnosis based on a thorough clinical intake and validated screening tools, without the added cognitive testing accommodations require.
What’s Included:
Validated screening measures
A comprehensive diagnostic intake
A records review
A report including individualized recommendations & resources
A 30-minute feedback session (in-person or remote)
A diagnostic letter, available upon request
Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation
In-Person Only | $1200
Best for adults who need formal documentation — whether you're seeking academic or workplace accommodations, or a detailed report for a licensing board or other institution. These institutions typically require objective cognitive testing data to support accommodation requests, which is why this evaluation goes further than the Diagnostic tier.
What’s Included:
Validated screening measures
Standardized cognitive testing — the objective data most institutions require for accommodation approval
A records review
A comprehensive report integrating testing results with individualized recommendations
A 60-minute feedback session to review results, diagnosis, and recommendations in depth (in-person or remote)
A letter for academic or workplace accommodations, available upon request

Dr. Betsy Trahan
Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Neuropsychology
Dr. Trahan is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized postdoctoral training in neuropsychology from the San Antonio Military Medical Center. Her background includes serving as Clinical Director of a Traumatic Brain Injury clinic and providing neuropsychological assessments in military hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice — giving her deep, specialized experience in the kind of careful, evidence-based evaluation that goes into an accurate ADHD diagnosis.
Dr. Trahan takes a warm, collaborative approach to evaluations, creating a supportive space where you feel heard and understood throughout the process — not just assessed. Her goal is to help you walk away with real clarity: a clear diagnosis, a clear understanding of how your mind works, and clear next steps.

The Diagnostic ADHD Evaluation takes about 1.5 hours. The Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation, which includes standardized cognitive testing, takes about 2 to 3 hours. Your feedback session (30 or 60 minutes, depending on your evaluation) is scheduled separately.
-
Both evaluations are self-pay. We provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Yes. Many clients come to us for a second opinion, updated documentation, or a more comprehensive evaluation than they originally received — for example, to support academic or workplace accommodations.
-
Our evaluations can serve as supportive documentation for a broader disability claim, but they are not the same as a Social Security Consultative Examination and don't guarantee approval on their own. If you're pursuing a disability claim, we're happy to discuss how our evaluation may fit into your overall documentation.
-
Yes, our ADHD evaluations are designed for adults 18 and older. We do not currently offer ADHD evaluations for children or adolescents.

That's completely normal, and a great reason to start with a free 15-minute consultation. We can talk through what to expect and help you decide if an evaluation is the right next step for you.
